At Erayti, we’re building an AI business operations assistant that helps vendors and small businesses manage their sales, inventory, customers, expenses, debts, and business growth all through a simple chat.

Job Title: Partnerships & Growth Associate

Location: Fully Remote (Lagos-based only)

Description

• As we grow, we’re looking for a Partnerships & Growth Associate who is passionate about startups, enjoys building relationships, and knows how to turn conversations into opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and build strategic partnerships with business communities, creators, ecosystem partners, and organisations.
• Drive customer acquisition by introducing Erayti to vendors and small business owners.
• Plan and execute partnership campaigns that increase user adoption.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners and customers.
• Represent Erayti at relevant startup, technology, and business events when required.
• Track outreach, partnerships, leads, and growth performance.
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to accelerate Erayti’s growth.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience in partnerships, business development, sales, growth, or community building.
• Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and relationship management.
• Self-driven, resourceful, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Passionate about technology, startups, and helping small businesses succeed.
• Based in Lagos, Nigeria.
