We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Team Lead 

Location: Bodija, Ibadan - Oyo 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We need a team lead who can monitor and lead staff members efficiently without supervision to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of the organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Preparation of customers' orders.
• Handle stock taking and inventory management effectively.
• Interact politely with customers when necessary and maintain professionalism.
• Follow the safety and hygiene requirements of the company.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
• Customer service-oriented.
• Compliance and safety management.
• Supervise and lead a team efficiently.
• Ensure staff comply with food safety & hygiene.
• Monitor daily sales performance.
• Monitor product quality, portioning, and consistency of smoothies.

Requirements
Education:

• Minimum qualifications: OND, HND/BSc in any discipline.

Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience as a team lead/supervisor, especially in a food retail company.

Skills:

• Strong leadership.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Organizational skill.
• High  attention to details.

Salary 
N80,000 per month.
