We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

  • The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and promoting our comprehensive range of power backup and renewable energy products (including high-capacity inverters, deep-cycle/lithium batteries, and solar panels).
  • The ideal candidate possesses deep market knowledge, an established network of B2B/B2C clients, and a proven track record of hitting aggressive sales targets in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Generation:

  • Drive B2B & B2C Sales: Actively prospect, negotiate, and close sales deals for inverters, solar panels, and battery storage solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial (C&I) sectors.
  • Tenders & Proposals: Prepare and deliver high-quality commercial proposals, product presentations, and competitive quotations tailored to clients' specific load requirements.

Client Relationship & Key Account Management:

  • Account Retention: Manage and deepen relationships with existing corporate clients, distributors, sub-dealers, and installers to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
  • Market Mapping: Identify and onboard new channel partners and solar installers,

Market Intelligence & Strategy:

  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and emerging technologies (e.g., transitions from Lead-Acid to Lithium-ion batteries) to keep the company competitive.
  • Feedback Loop: Provide structured feedback from the field to the marketing and product development teams regarding customer pain points and demand patterns.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
  • Number of newly onboarded active distributors, installers, or corporate accounts.
  • Average sales cycle duration and conversion rate of leads to closed deals.
  • Client satisfaction rating and retention rate.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of verifiable sales experience specifically within the renewable energy, inverter, or battery industry.
  • Network: An existing, active database of corporate clients, real estate developers, contractors, or solar installation networks is highly desirable.
  • Soft Skills: Outstanding negotiation, closing, and relationship-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Mobility: Must be willing to travel frequently for client meetings, site inspections, and industry exhibitions.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
