Medicaid Radio-Diagnostic Center is a wholly indigenous company that was established in 2009 and is dedicated to improving the standard of diagnostic services in Nigeria. Medicaid Radio-Diagnostic centre is the first of its kind private facility located in the heart of Abuja, the capital city of Nigeria and is born out of a passion to be the forerunner in the provision of radiological and diagnostic services.

Job Title: Finance Manager

Location: Lagos

Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site position located in Abuja for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and analysis to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Key responsibilities include preparing financial reports, managing financial records, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic advice to support organizational growth.
• The role also involves coordinating with internal and external auditors, optimizing financial processes, and supporting decision-making through financial insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or ICAN is an advantage
• Proficiency in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis
• Comprehensive knowledge of Financial Reporting, Accounting Principles, and Auditing standards
• Strong skills in Risk Management, Cash Flow Analysis, and Cost Optimization
• Experience in Team Management, Leadership, and Communication
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Financial Software
• Ability to ensure compliance with local regulations and international financial standards
• Work experience in the healthcare or diagnostic services industry is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
