Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Abule Egba, Lagos

Job Summary

• The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• The successful candidate will manage the company’s online presence, increase website traffic, improve lead generation, and convert prospects into paying clients.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan monthly and quarterly marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Monitor industry trends and recommend growth opportunities.

Social Media Management:

• Manage all company social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
• Create and schedule engaging daily content.
• Grow followers and increase engagement.
• Build an active online community and respond to customer interactions.

Paid Advertising:

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns.
• Optimize ad budgets to achieve the best return on investment (ROI).
• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.

Website & SEO:

• Increase website traffic through SEO best practices.
• Improve Google search rankings.
• Optimize landing pages for higher conversion rates.
• Work with developers to enhance website performance.

Lead Generation:
Generate qualified leads for:

• Study Abroad
• Canada PR
• Study Loans
• Scholarships
• Eligibility Checker (Checkers)
• Build lead generation funnels.
• Develop email marketing campaigns and automated workflows.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting tools.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Recommend improvements based on data insights.
