Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centered care to elderly clients and individuals with special needs.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, feeding, grooming, dressing, and mobility support.
• Monitor clients' health conditions and promptly report any changes.
• Administer medications and basic treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate care records and ensure confidentiality.
• Promote a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment.
• Offer emotional support and build positive relationships with clients and their families.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• Certificate as a Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW) or related healthcare qualification.
• Experience caring for elderly individuals and people with special needs is required.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Professional, reliable, and committed to delivering quality care.
