Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Assistant to support the daily operations of our remittance and foreign exchange business.
- The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, coordinate communications with internal and external stakeholders, and assist in ensuring smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for the daily operations of the remittance and FX business.
- Manage executives’ schedules, correspondence, reports, and follow-up tasks.
- Support relationships with banks, payment service providers (PSPs), regulatory bodies, and external partners.
- Coordinate communication with vendors, Bureau De Change (BDC) agents, and microfinance partners.
- Assist in managing the company’s digital platforms, including the website, social media, and communication tools.
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and support general office operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within fintech, banking, financial services, or a related industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements within financial services is an advantage.
- Good financial literacy with the ability to support reporting and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and other digital productivity tools.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
