Job Title: Business Development Officer

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Market and promote the company's financial products and services.
• Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales and business development targets.
• Negotiate and close business deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
• Prepare periodic sales reports and provide updates on business development activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
