We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Graduate Trainee (Fleet Controller)

Location: Ota, Ogun

Responsibilities

• Monitor delivery officers throughout their assigned trips to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
• Assist in tracking truck movements using GPS and fleet management systems.
• Support the resolution of delivery delays, route deviations, and operational disruptions.
• Liaise With delivery officers to obtain real-time updates on delivery progress.
• Monitor tumaround times and dentify opportunities for process improvement.
• Support the preparation of daily fleet status reports and operational dashboards.
• Record trip data accurately for performance analysis and decision-making.

Requirements 

• Bachelor's Degree or HND With a minimum in Logistics & Supply chain Management, Transport Management, or Business administration.
• 0-2 years post-graduation experience. proficiency in Microsoft Office application Microsoft ExceL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• NYSC completion certificate (or exemption)
