Job Title: Videographer / Photographer

Location: Jabi, Wuse - Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative, skilled, and results-driven Videographer / Photographer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that showcases our real estate projects, corporate activities, events, properties, and marketing campaigns.
• The successful candidate must be proficient in handling professional cameras, video production, photography, and post-production editing.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photographs and videos of company properties, estates, project sites, events, and corporate activities.
• Produce a minimum of 3–4 professional videos weekly for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Conduct professional photo shoots for properties, staff, clients, and company events.
• Create engaging aerial videos and photographs of estates and project sites using drone technology (where applicable).
• Edit and enhance videos and photographs using professional editing software.
• Ensure all visual content aligns with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
• Organize, archive, and maintain digital media files and content libraries.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content ideas and campaign materials.
• Travel to project locations and sites as required for content creation.
• Ensure proper maintenance and handling of all photography and videography equipment.

Work Schedule:
Physical attendance required on:

• Monday
• Wednesday
• Friday
• Hybrid work arrangement with flexibility for editing and content delivery on remote days.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Minimum of 3–4 professionally edited videos delivered weekly.
• High-quality photographs submitted as scheduled.
• Timely delivery of aerial estate and project site footage.
• Consistent adherence to brand and content standards.
• Proper organization and management of media assets.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Videographer, Photographer, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing photography, videography, and editing projects.
• Proficiency in operating professional cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and stabilizers.
• Advanced knowledge of video and photo editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
• Excellent understanding of composition, lighting, framing, and storytelling.
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality content consistently.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Added Advantage:

• Ability to operate and fly drones for aerial photography and videography.
• Possession of drone operation experience and relevant certifications.
• Experience in real estate photography and videography.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
