Job Summary

• The Warehouse Officer is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining books, production materials, and other inventory while ensuring accurate stock records and an organized warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store inventory properly.
• Issue stock based on approved requisitions.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile variances.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, safe, and well organized.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damaged items.
• Prepare inventory and stock movement reports.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• SSCE or OND in a relevant field.
• Basic knowledge of inventory and warehouse management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Salary
N60,000 - N70,000 / month.
