Job Title: Transaction Monitoring & Reconciliation Officer (TMRO)

Location: Osapa London, Lekki - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• You are the frontline money watcher.
• Every 30 minutes during your shift, you check the balance in each provider account, write down the numbers, and immediately raise an alert if any balance drops too low.
• You also watch the list of customer transactions and flag any payment that appears stuck.

Responsibilities

• Opening your screens at shift start
• Recordingevery balance every 30 minutes
• Checking against the safe minimum levels
• Sending instant alerts if needed
• Watchingfor stuck payments.

Requirements, Skills& Experience

• Must have Bachelor's Degree or HND in Banking and Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Must have 2 - 3 years work experiencein a financial or crypto sector.
• Must have numerical skills
• Must haveanalytical and crititical thinking skills
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must be detail-oriented
• Great coordination and organizational skills.
