Job Title: Finance Executive

Location: GRA Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Executive to oversee daily accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support the preparation of financial reports.
• The ideal candidate will have solid accounting knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Perform bank, supplier, and customer account reconciliations.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and documentation.
• Calculate and prepare tax filings, including VAT and withholding tax where applicable.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial and accounting issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CPA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Sage).

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
