Job Title: Growth Marketing Associate
Location: Remote (Open to candidates across Nigeria)

About the Role
- We're looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to help drive awareness, engagement, and enrollment across our digital channels - someone equally comfortable with strategy and hands-on execution.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute growth marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid channels
- Own content calendars and manage day-to-day social media presence
- Track performance metrics (CAC, conversion rates, engagement) and optimize based on data
- Support lead generation and enrollment campaigns for cohort launches
- Collaborate with the team on partnerships, community building, and brand awareness initiatives.
Requirements
- 1–3 years' experience in digital/growth marketing (agency, startup, or in-house)
- Strong grasp of social media platforms, content strategy, and basic analytics tools
- Excellent written communication skills
- Self-starter, comfortable working remotely and independently
- Bonus: experience with paid ads (Meta/Google) or email marketing tools.
