Job Summary

• We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage reception activities, provide exceptional customer service, and support day-to-day administrative operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to visitors and customers professionally.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, enquiries, and appointments.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and follow-ups.
• Maintain visitor and customer records.
• Keep the reception area organized and presentable.
• Support general administrative and office coordination activities.
• Provide accurate information on the company's products and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum of 2 years' Customer Service or Front Office.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N200,000 per month.
