Job Title: Digital & Affiliate Programme Manager

Job Summary
- We are looking for a hands-on Digital & Affiliate Programme Managerto drive user acquisition through digital marketing and manage our affiliate and ambassador programmes.
- This role is for someone who can execute across multiple channels: paid ads, email, referral, social media, webinars, and affiliate marketing, while also building and managing a network of affiliates and ambassadors across diverse community segments.
- You will be responsible for three core areas: digital marketing execution, affiliate programme management, and ambassador programme coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing:
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and targeting to maximise ROI.
- A/B test creative, copy, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Build and manage email marketing campaigns for user acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
- Design email funnels, including welcome series, nurture sequences, and re-engagement campaigns.
- Manage referral programmes to incentivise existing users to invite friends and family.
- Plan and execute webinars on women's health topics to drive awareness and sign-ups.
- Collaborate with the content team on SEO, social media, and content marketing.
- Track and report on key metrics: impressions, clicks, CPA, conversion rates, and ROI.
Affiliate Programme Management:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard affiliates across relevant categories, including health and wellness influencers, women's lifestyle bloggers, mom bloggers, and content creators.
- Provide affiliates with marketing materials, tracking links, and promotional content.
- Monitor affiliate performance and provide ongoing support and guidance.
- Design incentive structures that motivate affiliates to drive high-quality conversions.
- Analyse affiliate performance data to identify trends and optimisation opportunities.
Ambassador Programme:
- Recruit and manage ambassadors across multiple segments: campus students, market women, salons, pharmacies, retail stores, and community groups.
- Develop training materials and conduct induction sessions to ensure ambassadors understand VivaFemini's mission and promotional strategies.
- Design reward structures that motivate ambassadors, including cash commissions, product credits, and recognition.
- Provide ongoing support and marketing materials (flyers, posters, WhatsApp templates).
- Track ambassador performance and reward top performers.
- Coordinate offline activations, including market storms, campus activations, and community events.
What Success Looks Like
- User acquisition targets met across digital channels.
- Cost per acquisition (CPA) maintained below target.
- Email conversion rates on funnels.
- Return on ad spend for paid campaigns.
- Affiliate programme driving measurable sign-ups and revenue.
- Ambassador network established across multiple segments.
- Offline activations conducted monthly.
- Webinar attendance and conversion rates.
Essential Experience
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or affiliate marketing.
- Hands-on experience with paid advertising across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and/or TikTok Ads.
- Proven track record in email marketing, including building campaigns, funnels, and automations.
- Proven track record in driving user acquisition for a consumer-facing product (ideally a mobile app).
- Experience managing affiliate programmes or similar partner programmes.
- Experience managing or coordinating ambassador programmes or community initiatives.
- Experience working with diverse community groups, including students, market women, or small business owners.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable with dashboards, funnel analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Self-starter, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign.
Who You Are:
- You are a hands-on digital marketer with experience in affiliate programme management and a passion for community building.
- You are comfortable running paid ad campaigns, building email funnels, managing affiliate relationships, and building a grassroots ambassador network.
- You thrive on data, experimentation, and results.
Highly Desirable:
- Experience in FemTech, HealthTech, or women's health.
- Existing network across any of the target segments (students, market women, beauty industry, pharmacies, etc.).
- Experience organising events or activations.
- Knowledge of local languages (Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa, Pidgin) is a plus.

- Base pay commensurate with experience.
