Export Manager at a Premier, High-performing Manufacturing Polypropylene Woven Sack Packaging Organization

We are a premier, high-performing manufacturing polypropylene woven sack packaging organization with a footprint across Nigeria currently expanding our operational capacity.

To support our strategic growth objectives, we are seeking highly motivated, experienced, and result-oriented professionals to fill the position below:

Job Title: Export Manager

Location: Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and streamline regional and international export documentation, customs clearance, and cross-border shipping logistics.
• Ensure absolute compliance with all international trade laws, free trade
• agreements (such as AfCFTA/ECOWAS Trade Liberalization Scheme), and Nigerian export regulatory frameworks.
• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to align export orders with shipping schedules and vessel availability.
• Mitigate operational risks, manage relationships with freight forwarders and government agencies (eg, NEPC, Nigeria Customs Service), and optimize export cost structures.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Business and Social Science related discipline or any other related degree.
• 7 - 10 years of experience managing regional (especially West Africa markets) or international export documentation, shipping logistics, and compliance frameworks.
• Fluency in French language will be an added advantage.

General Requirements and Compliance: 

• Industry Experience: Prior experience within a fast-moving manufacturing, polymer processing, or polypropylene woven sack packaging environment will be a distinct advantage.
