Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling high-end products, developing sales strategies, mentoring teams, and consistently exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to improve performance.
- Drive sales growth and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in selling high-end or premium products.
- Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, customer engagement, and strategic planning abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams.
Salary
N200,000 - N400,000 per month.
