Senior Production Manager at a Premier, High-performing Manufacturing Polypropylene Woven Sack Packaging Organization

We are a premier, high-performing manufacturing polypropylene woven sack packaging organization with a footprint across Nigeria currently expanding our operational capacity.

To support our strategic growth objectives, we are seeking highly motivated, experienced, and result-oriented professionals to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Production Manager

Location: Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize shift-based production volumes across extrusion, circular loom weaving, and finishing lines.
• Strictly monitor raw material yields and implement aggressive waste minimization strategies.
• Track daily production metrics, resolve floor bottlenecks, and coordinate seamlessly with the QA and Maintenance teams.
• Ensure discipline, safety compliance, and maximum productivity among shift technicians and floor operators.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 10-15 years of active sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role specifically within the PP Woven Sack, Rexible packaging, or plastics manufacturing industry in Nigeria
• Proven portfolio of established B2B contacts within the Nigerian manufacturing and agricultural sectors
• Exceptional negotiation, relationship management, and dats-driven forecasting skills.

Minimum Qualification & Experience Required

• B.Sc. / HND in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Technical Sciences.
• 8-12 years of core manufacturing experience managing shift-based production volumes, raw material yields, and waste minimization.

General Requirements & Compliance:

• Industry Experience: Prior experience within a fast-moving manufacturing, polymer processing, or polypropylene woven sack packaging environment will be a distinct advantage.
