To support our strategic growth objectives, we are seeking highly motivated, experienced, and result-oriented professionals to fill the position below:
Job Title: Head, Sales & Marketing
Location: Nigeria
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to meet and exceed company volume and revenue targets.
- B2B Client Acquisition: Identify and lock in high-value corporate clients (mills,
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and track the performance of a high-octane field sales team across geopolitical zones.
Minimum Qualification & Experience Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is an added advantage.
- 10-15 years of active sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role specifically within the PP Woven Sack, Rexible packaging, or plastics manufacturing industry in Nigeria
- Proven portfolio of established B2B contacts within the Nigerian manufacturing and agricultural sectors
- Exceptional negotiation, relationship management, and dats-driven forecasting skills
General Requirements & Compliance:
- Industry Experience: Prior experience within a fast-moving manufacturing, polymer processing, or polypropylene woven sack packaging environment will be a distinct advantage.
