We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Internal Control Officer

Location: Akure, Ondo
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce internal control procedures across all operations.
• Conduct regular audits on stock, documentation, and warehouse activities, and investigate discrepancies, losses, or irregularities and report findings.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of product inflow and outflow
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Recommend process improvements to reduce risk and improve efficiency
• Prepare periodic internal control reports for management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal control and audit (warehouse experience is a plus).
• Possession of a professional qualification or equivalent will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
