Job Summary
- We are seeking a qualified and experienced Technical Drawing Teacher to join our academic team.
- The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching, skilled in technical drawing concepts, and committed to helping students develop strong drafting, design, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Technical Drawing in accordance with the approved curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, and instructional materials.
- Deliver engaging and practical lessons that promote student understanding.
- Assess, evaluate, and monitor students' academic progress.
- Prepare students for internal and external examinations.
- Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, performance, and assessments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or NCE in Technical Education, Engineering, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' proven experience as a Technical Drawing Teacher.
- Strong knowledge of Technical Drawing principles and relevant curricula.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in the use of technical drawing instruments. Knowledge of CAD software is an added advantage.
- A valid teaching qualification or registration is an added advantage.
Salary
N120,000 per month (slightly negotiable).
