We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Direct Sales Executive (DSE)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales activities.
  • Promote and sell the company's products and services to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct market visits and generate quality sales leads.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues where necessary.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • 1 - 2 years of direct sales experience.
  • Previous experience in the insurance or telecommunications industry is mandatory.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Good customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is an added advantage.

Salary
N213,318.42 monthly.
