Job Summary

• We are seeking a smart, professional, and customer-focused Female Front Desk/Customer Service Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
• Manage the front desk and ensure a positive customer experience at all times.
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and respond to customer enquiries promptly.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings where necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues appropriately while ensuring excellent service delivery.

Requirements

• Must have completed the NYSC programme.
• Bachelor's degree or HND in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in a Front Desk, Receptionist, or Customer Service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
