We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Summary

  • The Sales Manager is responsible for driving the company's revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve set targets.
  • The role involves managing the sales pipeline, preparing competitive quotations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
  • The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership, business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales objectives..

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate daily and weekly deliveries in line with installation schedules.
  • Source and manage third-party transport vendors.
  • Ensure proper loading, packaging, and protection of products before dispatch.
  • Monitor transportation costs and maintain accurate logistics records.
  • Coordinate closely with the Production, Projects, and Stores teams to ensure seamless deliveries.
  • Ensure proof of delivery and signed delivery documentation are obtained.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in logistics or transport coordination, preferably within manufacturing or furniture production.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and vendor management skills.
  • Good knowledge of Lagos road network and transport operations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 / monthly.
