Job Summary

• Our client, a tech innovative Firm, is seeking to hire a Marketing Lead to drive brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation for its programs, conferences, and initiatives.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, PR, content marketing, social media management, and campaign execution, with hands-on experience using marketing tools to generate leads, nurture audiences, and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, registrations, and lead generation.
• Manage the organization's social media platforms, content calendar, and online community engagement.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and audience nurturing initiatives.
• Lead public relations activities, including media engagement, press releases, and brand communications.
• Manage customer touchpoints across digital channels to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Track campaign performance, generate reports, and optimize marketing strategies based on data and insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing content and promotional materials.
• Utilize CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools to improve campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing, digital marketing, brand management, or communications.
• Proven experience in lead generation, email marketing, PR, social media management, and campaign execution.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing tools or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, content marketing, paid digital advertising, and marketing analytics.
• Excellent copywriting, communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience marketing conferences, events, NGOs, technology companies, or professional services is an added advantage.
