Job Title: Logistics First Line Supervisor II

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly experienced Logistics First Line Supervisor II to oversee logistics operations and ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of logistics services across field operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise logistics operations across assigned operating units, including aviation, marine, shore base, ground transportation, camp, and catering services.
  • Oversee all logistics operations at DS1 and DS2/CPF.
  • Serve as the on-site contract representative for vehicle lease, field logistics, and infrastructure Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contracts.
  • Conduct audits of contractor and company-executed logistics operations, ensuring timely close-out of audit findings.
  • Coordinate transportation, lifting, and hoisting support services for operational activities.
  • Maintain and oversee the sling register.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, logistics standards, and SSHE requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or another relevant technical discipline.
  • Previous experience in a closely related logistics supervisory role, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics operations, supply chain management, and logistics standards.
  • Experience in SSHE management, operations planning, maintenance management, and general marine operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
