Job Description

• The General Manager will oversee daily operations, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional service delivery, contributing significantly to the company’s success in the market.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall operations and ensure efficiency.
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee financial performance and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with local and national real estate laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sound financial acumen and budget management experience.
• Proficiency in using real estate management software tools.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
