Job Title: Customer Communications Lead
Location: Abuja / Lagos (Remote)
Role Brief
- The customer facing person- Monitor all Aphro Beauty communication channels ensuring enquiries are responded to, complaint are escalated/resolved & feedback is handled.
- Pass all relevant internal information to customers.
- No message or call is left unattended to because of you.
This Role is for if
- You're able to stay calm in chaos handling distinct customer behaviour + converse in a manner that demonstrates care, knowledge & efficiency
- You can type fast & accurately, move swiftly with multiple chats + great with communication both written and orally
- You're comfortable with systems, process, a structured environment that almost feels like a boring routine
- People's experience matters to you.
- You understand that what people feel, think & leave a conversation is key to the success of business growth
- While product recommendations & expert guidance are to be handled by the in-house beauty experts. Professional knowledge of skin/product science is an advantage
