Job Summary
- The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in business development and real estate sales and be passionate about achieving ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads into successful property sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and corporate organizations.
- Conduct property presentations, site inspections, and client meetings
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate and close sales while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities.
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years' proven experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the Abuja real estate market and property sales process is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
