We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant to the MD (Female)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Minimum of three years experience working with senior executives
• Must be smart and proactive
• Efficient use of time management and calendar tools
• Eloquent, smart and must possess poise
• Proficient with microsoft suite
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
• Ability to prepare and edit correspondence, reports and presentation
• Ability to manage calendars, appointments and travel documents
• Liaising with stake holder, clients and team members etc.
