Job Summary

• Our client, a leading VAS Aggregator in the Media & Advertising (BTL) industry, is looking to hire Client Services Executives to join their team in Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication with new and existing clients.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Coordinate campaign execution and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare client reports, campaign performance analyses, and insights.
• Develop proposals and collaborate with internal teams on client briefs and costings.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in English, Mass Communication, Media, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of client servicing experience strictly within the VAS, Media, or Advertising industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong client relationship management and presentation skills.
• Sound understanding of marketing principles and VAS operations.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts.

Salary
N200,000 per month.
