We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Architect

Location: Lagos

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, detailed drawings, specifications and schedules in line with project requirements and statutory regulations.
• Coordinate design inputs with structural, MEP, procurement and site teams to ensure consistency, accuracy and constructability.
• Conduct design reviews at key milestones, addressing clashes, quality issues and required revisions promptly.
• Ensure all architectural deliverables meet internal standards, client expectations and regulatory approvals.
• Incorporate sustainability and ethical construction practices into design solutions.
• Prepare and update drawing registers, documentation, RFIs and related technical submissions.
• Participate in site inspections to verify design intent, resolve field issues and support construction progress.
• Manage revisions, change requests and design adjustments to minimise delays and rework.
• Provide guidance and oversight to the Assistant Architect, reviewing outputs and assigning tasks as required.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture; Master’s degree is an advantage.
• COREN, ARCON or equivalent registration preferred.
• 8–11 years architectural experience in construction or consultancy environments.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM tools and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of building codes, planning regulations and construction methodologies.
• Experience working within ISO-compliant systems is desirable.
