Role Overview
We are seeking a smart and dedicated NYSC Corps member for an entry-level role of Finance and Loan Operations Officer. The responsibilities would be as follows:
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly loan performance reports.
- Coordinate the timely disbursement of approved loans and issue loan reminders to customers in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.
- Liaise with partner banks to facilitate loan disbursements, repayments, and related transactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date loan records, ensuring proper management and reconciliation of the company's loan portfolio.
- Assist in processing tax-related documentation and ensure compliance with applicable tax requirements.
Requirements
- B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics or any related field.
- Must be a newly deployed NYSC Corps member in Lagos State.
- Relevant professional certifications are an added advantage.
- Have experience working in a financial institution, fintech, or any related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Basic understanding of loan administration, tax documentation, and financial record-keeping.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
