Job Title: Human Capital Management (HCM) Officer
Location: Abuja (FCT)
About the Role
- Drive the organisation’s human capital strategy and group‑wide HR frameworks, ensuring effective talent management, organisational development and HR governance.
Responsibilities
- Support development and implementation of the human capital strategy aligned to organisational goals.
- Develop and maintain group HR policies, frameworks and processes.
- Lead organisation‑wide talent management, succession planning and leadership development.
- Coordinate workforce planning, manpower budgeting and organisational design.
- Oversee performance‑management frameworks and reward strategy across the organisation.
- Drive learning and development strategy and capability‑building.
- Champion employee engagement, culture and change management.
- Ensure HR compliance and governance across the group (labour law, statutory obligations).
- Provide HR analytics and insight to the MD’s office.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Social Sciences or a related field; Master’s or MBA an advantage.
Experience:
- 6–8 years of HR experience, including HR strategy or organisational development.
