Job Title: General Admin Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)

About the Role

  • Coordinate organisation‑wide administrative and facilities support functions, ensuring efficient, standardised and cost‑effective administrative services across the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and standardise administrative policies, processes and SOPs across the organisation.
  • Coordinate corporate facilities, office services, fleet and asset management.
  • Oversee corporate vendor and contract management for administrative services.
  • Coordinate group‑wide logistics, travel, events and protocol.
  • Monitor administrative budgets and drive cost‑efficiency across facilities.
  • Manage organisational records, documentation and office governance.
  • Support business continuity and administrative risk management.
  • Prepare reports on administrative performance and service levels.
  • Lead administrative improvement and standardisation initiatives.

Requirements
Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences or a related field; postgraduate qualification an advantage.

Experience:

  • 6–8 years of administrative or facilities experience, including coordination across multiple units.

Required Skills:

  • Administrative leadership.
  • Facilities and vendor management.
  • Policy development.
  • Budgeting and cost control.
  • Coordination and communication.
  • Service orientation and problem‑solving.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the healthcare or hospital sector.
