We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head, Enterprise Application Management

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full Time

Job Purpose

• To provide strategic leadership for the Bank's enterprise applications portfolio, ensuring availability, performance, integration, security, and continuous enhancement of all business-critical applications, including Core Banking, Digital Banking, Cards, Payments, Treasury, Risk, and ERP platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise application strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee application lifecycle management, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Drive integration initiatives across enterprise systems and digital platforms.
• Manage vendors, support partners, and application teams.
• Ensure application availability, resilience, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Lead digital transformation and application modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
• Master's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline will be an added advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years' relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing enterprise applications within Banking, FinTech, Telecommunications, or a large corporate institution.

Professional Certifications:

• ITIL
• PMP/Prince2
• Oracle, Microsoft, Temenos, Finacle, or relevant application certifications.
