We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quality Assurance / Quality Control lead

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities

• Implementation of quality control policies and procedures in the department.​​​​​​
• Ensure that inspections of raw materials, in-process products and finishedgoods to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Identifying and documenting defects and other quality issues.
• Investigating the root cause of quality problems and developing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Monitoring production process and equipment to ensure they are functioning correctly.
• Developing and implementing quality training programs for Quality Checkers.
• Maintaining records of all quality control activities.
• Collaborating with other departments such as production, engineering and marketing, to ensure quality standards are met.
• Ensuring compliance with industry and government regulations and standards.
• Keeping up to date with developments in quality control technology and techniques and recommending Improvements to existing processes.
• Calibration of equipment used for measuring, weighing and other standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• 8 years experience as a Quality Assurance and with at least 2 years in a plastic Manufacturing industry.
• Experience in Plastic Manufacturing is a must.
• Location is Lagos, preference will be given to candidates in Lagos, as accommodation is not provided for staff.
