Job Summary
- We are seeking a responsible and trustworthy Security & Asset Control Officer to provide security for our office premises and ensure that no item leaves the office without proper authorization and supporting documentation.
Resposibilities
What you will do for us:
- Provide security for the office premises.
- Monitor the movement of staff, visitors, and customers entering and exiting the premises.
- Verify that every item leaving the office is accompanied by an approved invoice, receipt, or gate pass.
- Prevent unauthorized removal of company property.
- Maintain accurate records of all items checked at the exit point.
- Report any security incidents, breaches, or suspicious activities to management.
- Ensure compliance with the company's security and asset control policies.
- Perform any other security-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must possess good reading, writing, and listening skills.
- Must be honest, vigilant, and responsible.
- Must be able to keep accurate records.
- Must reside within Ikeja or its environs.
- Previous experience in security or a similar role is an added advantage but not compulsory.
- Age: No age limit. Qualified candidates of all ages are encouraged to apply.
