Job Summary

• ‎We are seeking a proactive and experienced Production Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cassava and palm oil processing facility.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, managing production staff, and driving continuous improvement across operations.

‎Key Responsibilities

•  ‎Supervise and coordinate cassava and palm oil processing activities.
•  ‎Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and safety standards.
•  ‎Monitor raw material usage, production output, and inventory levels.
•  ‎Implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
•  ‎Manage production staff and promote a productive work environment.
•  ‎Prepare production reports and recommend process improvements.
•  ‎Minimize waste and optimize operational efficiency.

‎Requirements

•  ‎Bachelor's degree or HND in Food Technology, Food Science, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
•  ‎Minimum of 3 years' experience in food processing, agro-processing, or manufacturing operations.
•  ‎Knowledge of cassava processing, palm oil production, and quality control systems.
•  ‎Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
•  ‎Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
•  ‎Practical knowledge of cassava and palm oil processing equipment and workflows.
•  ‎Familiarity with NAFDAC, SON, and HACCP standards.
•  ‎Proficiency in basic MS Excel/Google Sheets for production tracking. Experience with ERP is an advantage.
•  ‎Knowledge of local supply networks in Ijebu, Abeokuta, Sagamu areas is a plus.‎

Salary 
N250,000 - N300,000 per month.
