Responsibilities
- The Legal Officer will manage all corporate legal affairs, draft and review commercial contracts, and ensure statutory regulatory compliance. You will provide expert legal counsel to management, mitigate organizational risks, and represent the company's interests in legal proceedings and external corporate partnerships.

- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with a minimum 5 years experience.
