Job Title: Account Officer
Location: Ajegunle, Olodi Apapa - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting and bookkeeping records
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts
- Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
- Assist with accounts payable and vendor payments
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Prepare financial reports and support month-end closing activities
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions
Key Requirements
- HND / B.Sc Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2 - 4 years relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, receivables, payables, and reconciliations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
