• We're looking for a strategic. data-driven marketing leader to own customer acquisition. retention. and revenue growth while leading Afrimash's integrated marketing function.

Requirements
What We're Looking For:

• 4 years' experience leading growth or marketing teams. preferably in e-commerce. FMCG. agritech. or a fast-growing startup.
• Proven ability to develop and execute customer acquisition. retention. and revenue growth strategies.
• Strong experience managing performance marketing across Meta. Google. TikTok. LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics. CRM marketing automation. and Mar Tech tools.
• Data-driven leader with a track record of improving
• CAC ROAS customer retention. and campaign performance.
• Strong leadership. communication. and cross- functional collaboration skills
• Design and optimize automated customer lifecycle campaigns across email. WhatsApp. SMS. and push notifications to drive activation and retention
