About the Role

• We are seeking a Finance Lead to anchor the financial operations of a fast-growing, multi-subsidiary group spanning food tech, logistics, and digital technology.
• This is a hands-on leadership role for a finance professional who thinks strategically and executes precisely — someone equally comfortable building a financial model and walking leadership through it.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations across all business units, maintaining accuracy and efficiency at every level
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting cycles
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk across subsidiaries
• Build and maintain financial models and multi-scenario projections
• Prepare grant proposals and lead government contract applications
• Develop investor-ready pitch decks and financial presentations
• Ensure full compliance with Nigerian tax regulations and statutory requirements
• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes, controls, and reporting systems

Requirements

• 5–7 years in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Proven expertise in financial modelling and reporting
• Experience with grant proposals or government contracts (an advantage)
• Ability to produce clear investor-facing financial narratives
• Familiarity with tech or logistics business models
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and relevant financial tools
• Sharp attention to detail and sound analytical judgement.
