We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Direct Sales Agent

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers through field marketing, referrals, and business development activities.
  • Mobilize savings, current, fixed deposit, and other liability products in line with the Bank's business objectives.
  • Market and promote the Bank's loan products to eligible individuals, SMEs, traders, salary earners, and corporate customers.
  • Source quality loan applications and support the credit appraisal process by collecting and verifying customer information and documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business and customer retention.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales, deposit mobilization, loan disbursement, and customer acquisition targets.
  • Conduct customer visits, market surveys, and business assessments to identify sales opportunities.
  • Educate customers on the Bank's products, digital banking channels, and financial solutions.
  • Assist customers with account opening by ensuring all required documentation and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements are completed accurately.
  • Follow up on customer enquiries, loan applications, and service requests to ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor customers' repayment performance and support recovery efforts for overdue loan accounts where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and daily field reports.
  • Participate in sales campaigns, roadshows, community engagements, and other promotional activities organized by the Bank.
  • Ensure strict compliance with the Bank's policies, regulatory requirements, anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines, and KYC procedures.
  • Represent the Bank professionally and uphold its values, brand image, and reputation during all customer interactions.
  • Identify competitor activities and market trends and provide feedback to management.
  • Collaborate with branch staff and other departments to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and business records.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports to the Team Lead or Branch Manager.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills to improve performance.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by Management in line with the objectives of the role.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess any relevant qualification  with work experience.

Salary 
N90,000 - N100,000 per month.
