Job Title: Accounts Officer

Summary

• We are seeking a smart, detail-oriented, and trustworthy Accounts Officer to support the day-to-day financial operations of a busy pharmacy and supermarket.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions
• Reconcile cash, POS, and bank transactions
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment records
• Assist in preparing financial and management reports
• Monitor expenses and maintain proper accounting documentation
• Support stock and sales reconciliation activities.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1 - 3 years' accounting experience
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong numerical, analytical, and record-keeping skills
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
• Only candidates residing within Apapa, Ajegunle, Olodi Apapa, Amuwo Odofin, Mile 2, and other nearby areas will be considered.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly
