First World Communities Limited (FWC) is a private limited liability development company providing affordable housing for medium to low income earners across Nigeria and eventually Africa. The Company was incorporated in 2008 by promoters of the highly successful Co-operative Villas, Badore, Lagos - a community of over 600 homes considered to be one of the best of its kind in West Africa.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Lagos

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 2-5 years' experience in Quantity Surveying, Construction Cost Management, Procurement Coordination, Inventory Management, or related functions.
• Experience within the construction, engineering, infrastructure, or real estate sector is required.
• Experience managing procurement processes, cost reporting, and inventory control systems is an added advantage.
• Membership or progress towards membership of NIQS, QSRBN, or related professional bodies is an advantage.
