Job Title: Revenue Operations Lead

Description
- We are looking for a data driven Revenue Operations Lead to own and optimize the systems, processes, and insights that power our revenue engine.
- You will sit at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure we hit targets predictably and scale efficiently.
- If you love cleaning up messy CRMs, building dashboards that tell a story, and turning data into revenue, this role is for you
Responsibilities
Revenue Process & Systems:
- Own our tech stack: CRM, sales engagement, billing, and reporting tools. Ensure data integrity and adoption.
- Design and optimize the lead-to-revenue process across Marketing, Sales, and CS.
- Manage forecasting cadence and build accurate revenue models for leadership.
Analytics & Insights:
- Build dashboards and reports to track pipeline health, conversion rates, quota attainment, and CAC.
- Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.
- Partner with Finance on revenue recognition, pricing, and bookings accuracy.
Enablement & Alignment:
- Define SLAs between Sales, Marketing, and CS. Ensure teams are aligned on goals and definitions.
- Train teams on systems, processes, and best practices. Drive CRM hygiene.
- Support Sales Leadership with territory planning, quota setting, and comp plan modeling.
Skills and Requirements
- BSc in Business Administration and any other relevant field of study
- Tools: Expert in HubSpot/Salesforce + Excel/Google Sheets. Experience with Clari, Gong, Outreach, and BI tools like Looker/Tableau is a plus.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills. You can turn raw data into actionable recommendations.
- Process mindset: You love building scalable systems and documenting SOPs.
- Communication: Able to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bonus: Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or high-growth startups.
