We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Online Customer Service and Sales Representative

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to online customer enquiries.
• Convert enquiries into completed orders.
• Manage customer conversations across WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and the website.
• Provide product information, sizing guidance and order support.
• Follow up with prospects who have not completed purchases.
• Manage complaints, exchanges and customer-service concerns.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Work with the Online Sales Manager to meet digital sales targets.
• Escalate fulfilment, payment or delivery issues promptly.
• Attend the store or office on designated physical workdays.
