Job Summary

• We are seeking a visionary and commercially minded Director of Corporate Services to provide strategic leadership across Human Resources, Legal, Procurement, and Information Technology (IT).
• This role is ideal for an executive who understands that Corporate Services is not just a support function—but a key driver of organizational performance, governance, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.
• Lead Strategy, Enable Excellence, Drive Business Growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across the Human Resources, Legal, Procurement, and IT functions.
• Develop and execute corporate service strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Champion organizational culture, talent management, and leadership development initiatives.
• Oversee legal compliance, corporate governance, contract management, and enterprise risk management.
• Drive procurement excellence, vendor management, and cost optimization strategies.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives and ensure technology supports business innovation and operational efficiency.
• Establish robust governance frameworks, policies, systems, and internal controls.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Executive Management on people, legal, operational, and business matters.
• Build a high-performing Corporate Services team capable of supporting business expansion and transformation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
• A Master's degree (MBA, M.Sc., or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
• Professional certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, CIPS, ICAN, ACCA, Nigerian Bar qualification, PMP, or IT-related certifications are desirable.
• Must have 12–15 years of progressive professional experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple corporate service functions.
• Demonstrated experience leading HR, Legal, Procurement, and IT within a fast-paced organization.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, governance, and change management capabilities.
• Experience within the creative, media, advertising, marketing communications, experiential, consulting, or professional services sector is an added Advantage
